Junior Committe Application

Deadline is March 15, 2025

Eligibility

Participants must have reached their 3rd birthday by June 21, 2025.

Participants must not have reached their 22nd birthday by January 1, 2025.

Pre-Junior: 3-7

Junior: 8-11

Intermediate: 12-15

Senior: 16-21

Pre-Junior Division exhibitors must be 3 years old on or before June 21, 2025, and not have reached their 8th birthday prior to January 1, 2025.

Junior Division exhibitors must be 8 years old on or before January 1, 2025, and not have reached their 12th birthday prior to January 1, 2025.

Intermediate Division exhibitors must be 12 years old on or before January 1, 2025, and not have reached their 16th birthday prior to January 1, 2025.

Senior Division exhibitors must be 16 years old on or before January 1, 2025 and not have reached their 22nd birthday by January 1, 2025.

Entries

Entries will open May 5, 2025, through May 19, 2025. Individual entry forms and required fees must be submitted by May 19,2025.

ENTRY FEES ARE $65 PER ENTRY.

LATE FEES INCREASE TO $100 PER ENTRY ON MAY 19, 2025 AND ACCEPTED NO LATER THAN MAY 31, 2025

BEDDING FEE $20 PER ENTRY – This is base bedding, you may top dress.

Youth not exhibiting an animal are still eligible to participate in the contest for a $25 fee; this includes a T-shirt. A separate completed entry is required for the exhibitor. All youth must meet the age requirements.
